We’re thrilled that you’re here and eagerly anticipate the opportunity to welcome you and your family as honored guests at our church. Our Sunday gatherings play a pivotal role in fulfilling our mission. It’s a time where we unite around the teachings of the Bible, fostering community, and uplifting one another in faith. The central focus of our worship service is the preaching of God’s Word. This is when we receive instruction from God through His written Word. The pulpit ministry of Bethel Baptist Church is expositional; the preacher is committed to drawing out the author’s intended meaning from the text and offering clear, practical, and straightforward application. We go verse by verse in order to ensure we hear the whole counsel of God’s Word. The rest of our worship service is filled with Scripture reading, prayer, musical worship, and celebration of the Lord’s Supper. You will find that our musical worship contains God-honoring and Christ-exalting lyrics allowing us to respond to God for who He is and what He has done through His Son, Jesus Christ. We are so excited to meet you and want to welcome you to Bethel Baptist Church.

WHERE WE WORSHIP

After more than two years of prayer, we are grateful to see God’s faithful provision in providing a new home for our church family. The Lord has graciously provided the GlenHaven Church property as the new location for Bethel Baptist Church.

Beginning Sunday, July 12, all worship services will be held at:

Worship service begins at 10:30 AM. All Sunday School classes and our new member class will begin at 9:30 am.

We are excited to see how God will continue to work through this new chapter as we worship Him, make disciples, and serve our community.

Schedule

On Sundays, Bethel gathers for worship at 10:30 am at the Glen Haven Church property. Before our worship service, we encourage everyone to attend a Sunday School class at 9:30 am. These classes are small groups that meet for the purpose of discipleship through the equipping of one another in the word of God.

Childcare

We provide a nursery for infants and children 0-3 years during the 9:30 am Sunday School hour as well as the 10:30 am Worship service. Sunday School classes are available at 9:30 am for children and teens, 4 years – 12th grade as well. Just follow the signs to our Bethel Kids check-in table.

Parking

We are meeting at the GlenHaven Church property on Vivion Road in the Northland of Kansas City. When you arrive to the property, please drive through the Bethel Church flags in the driveway and proceed straight. You will drive past the building to our main parking lot. The main entrance is located from that parking lot.

The central focus of our worship service is the preaching of God's Word. Please enjoy one of our previous Sunday sermons to get a sense of what Sunday service will be like.
